Hello! I am Kyle OUTLAW and I am an EXPERIENCE DESIGN LEADER based in NYC.
Mercedes-Benz USA
Working with Mercedes-Benz to showcase luxury and performance across the full line of models including luxury sedans, SUVs, coupes, roadsters, convertibles and more.
Mercedes me
Designed for Mercedes-Benz owners, the Mercedes me app lets customers manage their vehicles on-the-go, from scheduling service, to making payments, to getting assistance at the push of a button.
Sprinter
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a light commercial van built by Daimler AG of Stuttgart, Germany as a large van, chassis cab, minibus, and pickup truck. We redesigned their US consumer site with a state-of-the-art vehicle configurator and an improved user experience throughout.
smart usa
Our challenge: redesign smart's US website to better appeal to its target demographic, urban millennials. Smart Automobile is a division of Daimler AG that manufactures and markets the Smart Fortwo.
Motorola + Google
In addition to a full brand reboot and a wholesale redesign of their digital commerce site, we were tasked by Motorola to create MotoMaker, a web-based application that enabled unique customization options with the phone assembled to order. Customers could share their designs on social media and in a design gallery on Motorola.com.
UNIQLO
UNIQLO was well-known and beloved in many countries worldwide, but had struggled to replicate this dominance in the US market. In the midst of this low awareness, we were hired in the spring of 2012 to launch UNIQLO.com, the brand’s first stateside commerce storefront. Our challenge was to deliver a digital flagship experience that immersed shoppers in the brand’s famous blend of utility and fun, while positing the site to achieve sales goals of $20MM within two years.
Unilever
We embraced the graphic novel genre for Unilever's brand AXE, and reinvented it for a generation raised on social media. Over the course of four months, Anarchy: The Graphic Novel was shaped by the suggestions and votes of consumers. Along the way, more than 50 consumers were illustrated into the novel.
